How it works
Connect ecos to Microsoft Outlook and add your ecos-managed items — vehicles, keys, tools and rooms — as bookable Outlook resources.
A user books a resource in Outlook just as they would invite a meeting room, choosing the date and time they need it.
The reservation syncs to the ecos webman, which holds that item for the booked period and shows it as unavailable to others.
At the scheduled time, the ecos cabinet or locker releases the item to the user; any change or cancellation keeps Outlook and ecos in step.
