ecos connects to Autosoft through its open API. The vehicle inventory in Autosoft is synced to the ecos key cabinet and matched by VIN, so each key held is linked to its vehicle's essential details — VIN, make, model, colour and licence plate — with no manual data entry.
How it works
Configure the Autosoft API connection, entering the endpoint and credentials that authorize ecos webman.
Switch on the inventory sync so ecos reads Autosoft's vehicle stock and identifies each vehicle by VIN.
ecos updates vehicle data at regular intervals, keeping make, model, colour and plate aligned with Autosoft.
Every key taken and returned is recorded against the matching vehicle for a complete history.
