ecos integrates with Keyloop through its platform API. Vehicle data in Keyloop is synced to the ecos key cabinet and matched by VIN, meaning each stored key is linked to its vehicle's key details — VIN, make, model, colour and licence plate — with no duplicate data entry.
How it works
Configure the Keyloop API connection, entering the endpoint and credentials that authorize ecos webman.
Activate the inventory sync so ecos reads Keyloop's vehicle stock and matches each vehicle on its VIN.
ecos refreshes vehicle information on a schedule, keeping make, model, colour and plate in line with Keyloop.
Key withdrawals and returns are logged against the matching vehicle for a full record.
