What you will do:

• Support the Head of Production in the planning, organization, coordination, and control of production processes, as well as in purchasing/warehousing/logistics and shipping
• Continuous improvement of production processes in the areas of occupational safety, productivity, quality, and cost reduction
• Solving problems in manufacturing
• Creating documentation (work instructions, inspection reports)
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and quality management guidelines
• Representing the Head of Production in their absence

Who you are:

• A self-motivated and committed character with a hands-on mentality
• A flexible personality who can cope with short decision-making paths
• A completed degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)
• Confident handling of common IT systems (ERP, MS Office, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of LEAN management, 5S, and quality management
• Initial professional experience is desirable but not required
• Technical understanding as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written
