ecos delivered a customized system combining motorized weapon drawers and transparent depots for duty gear. Drawers with multi-RFID technology were selected to securely manage both small firearms and long guns in a space-efficient layout. Each weapon is individually recognized, tracked and logged.

Transparent polycarbonate depots store duty belts, pepper spray, batons and other police gear, while separate compartments allow officers to place personal belongings, such as lunches or small items, without mixing them with operational equipment.

Access is controlled exclusively through fingerprint authentication, eliminating risks from shared badges and ensuring that weapons can only be issued to the correct officer. All access events are automatically documented.

The airport’s secure equipment room now operates with full transparency and accountability. Firearms and duty gear are issued and returned efficiently, with no risk of unauthorized access or misplaced weapons.
