  • When will I receive my order?

    For key cabinets up to 120 keys approx. 4 weeks, up to 360 keys approx. 6 weeks and for larger key cabinets as well as locker systems 8 weeks. If you have ordered your system through one of our partners, the delivery time may be extended by 1 week.

  • Can I change my order?

    Yes, but please report this as soon as possible. Once the delivery process has begun, a change is no longer possible. Special designs cannot be changed either.

  • Is there a possibility to see the systems in use?

    Yes, either our sales teams will visit you or you can come to our showrooms.

  • Do you also ship to countries where there are no partners yet?

    Yes, but we want to make sure in advance that you have enough technical expertise to be able to set up and use the system properly.

  • Can I install the systems myself or do I need a technician?

    Yes, you can easily install our key cabinets and terminals yourself. With our intuitive video instructions, you can start using the system within 1 hour.

  • Can I activate additional slots independently afterwards if necessary?

    Yes, contact our sales team to obtain an unlock code and plug. You can then unlock additional slots without the use of a technician or tools.

  • How do I get a copy of my invoice?

    Please ask your sales contact about this.

  • How much experience do you have in key and object management?

    We have been developing and producing market-leading management systems for 20 years and are active in a wide range of industries.

  • Where are the systems produced?

    All systems are tested in Germany to ensure their outstanding quality and functionality. Key cabinets are assembled in Hungary and locker systems in Germany.

  • Can you combine locked & unlocked slots in one system?

    Yes, modular front plates let you choose the exact number of locked and unlocked slots you need.

  • Can I use our existing RFID cards to open the system?

    Yes, our key cabinets and lockers can be equipped with RFID readers that support all common formats. Special readers can also be connected.

  • Is it possible to run the system on the existing server, what are the system requirements?

    Yes, our software is not very labour-intensive and runs without problems with small server capacities. If in doubt, we recommend our ecos care, where ecos systems takes over the server administration.

  • What can I attach to the ID plugs?

    Common items are building, room and car keys, but also credit cards or RFID cards.

  • What happens in the event of a power failure?

    The system continues to run normally, as a standby battery is built in to get you through the weekend. If this also discharges, you can still remove your keys and objects manually.

  • Do the systems also work stand-alone?

    Each system can be used completely autonomously with the operating terminal only. No additional software is required.

  • How long are the systems under warranty?

    All systems have a 2-year guarantee. We give a 5-year guarantee on the ID plugs that are used particularly frequently.

  • Is it possible to pay for the systems on a monthly basis?

    Yes, for all our key management systems we offer the option that you pay monthly.

  • Where can I find the serial number?

    Either on the top right corner on the outside of the product or on the inside behind the control unit.

  • What do I do if the history is no longer updated in the software?

    Probably the synchronisation between the cabinet and the software is interrupted. Please check whether the cabinet is correctly connected to the network.
