Access control
The ecos terminals are fail-safe and, with a steel thickness of 3 mm, of above-average robustness.
With four relays, doors can be controlled and alarms switched.
All 5 ecos authentication options can be installed.
Entry key deposit
The ecos key depots with 3 mm precisely fitting stainless steel fronts, in combination with a terminal, allow the issuing of important keys, including those of the entrance door. They are specially designed for outdoor use.
Time tracking
In connection with our working time recording system “ecos time“, the terminal also records the working time.
When the required office or meeting room key is removed or returned, the working time is also recorded.
Driver’s licence check
In connection with our ecos fleet, the driving licence can be checked via an RFID sticker on the driving licence. This way, a vehicle key is only issued if the driver’s licence is valid.
For visitors
Intercom system
State-of-the-art communication technologies allow visual or acoustic contact to be established with any IP-based, communication-capable device, such as smartphones, tablets, computers or IP landline telephones.
Visitor management
All visit appointments of the day can be displayed centrally with name, contact person and meeting location.
Each visitor can automatically register him or herself via the interactive terminal, possibly with a picture, and call the desired contact person directly. All registered numbers are dialled, on the workplace computer or telephone, on the business and private mobile phone.
Visitor lockers
In combination with lockers a visitor badge or an access card can be issued automatically for visitors.
In case of special security requirements, the visitor deposits his mobile device or laptop in the corresponding compartment.
Interactive Infoboard
The interactive ecos terminals can be integrated into your information processes. Via the connection to MS Outlook, each employee can view his or her own appointments with the respective meeting room directly at the entrance. For larger events, visitors are informed about upcoming events, including the location.
Well connected
The key function of the terminal is the ability to take both photos and videos and automatically stream them to an administrator. This can be used to identify a person logging in, to save a video in case of alarms or to provide quick assistance in case of a support request. These functions are made possible by the interaction of the camera, microphone and loudspeaker.
Four potential-free contacts in the terminal control the MagLocks of the entrance doors for access control or serve as an immediate reaction to a manipulation attempt.
Self-sufficient system
The ecos terminal is very easy to install, as it does not require a network connection, but a power connection is sufficient. Thanks to ecos care and the built-in cellular connection, all these different applications can be used via ecos webman and ecos app.
The standard emergency power battery ensures a continuos functionality of the terminal. Thus your access control or time recording is protected against vandalism.
With a 3mm thick steel housing and gap dimensions of 1mm, the terminal can withstand a lot. Break-ins and tampering activate the door contact, which sends an alarm to the administrator or control centre. In addition, the ecos terminal can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +40°C and can therefore also be used in a protected outdoor area.

Similar to our key cabinets and lockers, you can authenticate at the terminal using an RFID card or finger.
Depending on the application, larger or smaller control units are recommended. We offer 7″, 10″ and 15″ screens. Thanks to the Android interface, the graphic elements and functions are easy for everyone to understand and operate.

Usable everywhere
Standing
The elegant stainless steel base provides stability, bypassing the need for wall mounting if a suitable space cannot be found. This also allows the terminal to be placed in the reception area, where it is ideal as an information board or for visitor management.
Wall-mounted
Mounted on the wall, the terminal takes up the least space. Access control, time tracking, driver’s licence control and intercom are the most common functions in use here.
With lockers
The additional lockers increase the usefulness of the terminal and enables it to serve as an entrance key depot or for visitor lockers.
